LiveAgent customer service platform

Redspots SIP Trunks are natively supported by LiveAgent.

You'll need your phonenumber and password from your welcome email.

Important: Danish numbers must be entered without countrycode, e.g. "12345678", all other numbers must be entered in E.164 format, e.g. "+4412345678". 

When dialing out without entering a country code, LiveAgent will prepend the country code of the number entered in the "Number" field. If the "Number" field contains a Danish number without country code, Danish numbers are assumed.
